Unable to play BF4 or Hardline due to PB

Well, before any of you say it, if you name it, I have tried it. I had this issue with BF4, which is why I stopped playing it. Now it is happening with Hardline.

About 5 minutes into any game I get into, I get kicked by punkbuster for service communication failure in BF4, or in Hardline I get this. Nothing is there for a reason. Every server I go on.

ERROR
Game disconnected: you were kicked by PunkBuster. Stated reason: PunkBuster kicked player 'bot102' (for )

That is what it comes up as. I have done the whole delete all the PB files and fresh install from evenbalance. I have re installed BF4 about 5 times, and when I say 5, I shit you not, 5 times. Did the updates/ re installs in every order possible.

Today I have re installed Hardline twice, within hours of purchasing it. Updated and everything as with BF4, all my system drivers are all up to date.

The only Battlefield game I can seem to play is BF3, and I have no reason why. But this has beyond pissed me off at this point. I have talked to EA and they tell me to go to even balance, and when I explain that I have done all that they tell me to go to the forums and have a nice day.
 
The service must be not enabled on your side, client side. I can dig up some shit later for you.

If I remember there is pb service A and B.

Are you running any firewall? If so disable it.
 
I have looked into that as well. Making sure the services are running. Force closing both, restarting them. All that. I am open to any and all solutions
 
Uninstall PB, delete PB folders on computer, restart, us ccleaner registry cleaner. Run, restart. Install PB, make sure that PB has a firewall exception. Disable anti-virus. Make sure port 3659 UDP is forwarded.
Flush your DNS.

Also looks like this error is related to someone else on the same network playing on that server - is that a remote possibility?

This happened to me last week and all I had to do was update PB manually. You should be able to look in Task Manager and find PB A and B, make sure they are both running with admin privileges and that should solve the problem if the PB manual update doesn't fix it.
 
Don't suppose a clean Windows install is an option
 
I had Battleye issues with arma that were fixed by defragging.... maybe some fragmented files causing the issue?
 
Use ccleaner. If not that try Adwcleaner. Have you tried cleaning your browsers? Since its a web based game I wonder if your has something in it to block the game. Try a different browser maybe? Firewall on both your OS and antivirus software are also a big factor.
 
Well, out of the blue I tried to give this one another shot. Still no luck.

Here are some steps, you can try:



First, do this steps: http://help.ea.com/en/article/battlefield-4-punkbuster-troubleshooting/



Also, try this additional steps, if the above does not work:



1. Open windows firewall
2. Click advanced settings( on the left) and then inbound (also left)
3. Find PnkbstrA.exe and PnkbstrB.exe (if you have two of both, its fine)
4. Right click on each of them>properties>programs and services
5. Make sure that "all programs that meet the specifications" is checked
6. Then go to the "Advanced" tab and check all 3 boxes. Domain, Private and Public.
7. REMEMBER TO DO THIS FOR ALL PnkBstr Files. Then save and quit.
8. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Battlefield 4 and delete "Pb" folder.
9. Go to these 2 links:

10. Download and install both
11. Run Pbsetup.exe (the first link)
12. Add a game (eg. bf4)
13. Check for updates.

Did all of that, got PnkbstrB.exe to run, started it and A service before I went into BF4, As soon as I got into the server, B service just disappeared, and I got kicked. I do not have process explorer or anything like that on my system. Most people say that is a cause, but I do not have it. So. Yeah.
