Yeah that's definitively a remote outpost, its probabally only temporary however. There was ALOT of stuff going on at that base that the journalist was NOT allowed to cover, trust me the only reason that, that journalist was allowed to be there is because he got clearance to be at that one particular Camp. and I can tell that there are some cross branch coalition operations going on there.
Also, the # 1 thing that you are not supposed allow journalists to do is reveal or tape what your mission is or what you purpose of being there is. Notice you didn't see any officers in the video??, For the Army, Journalists are not allowed to tape, or get near a Platoon Leader or any other Officer, unless the mission cannot be comprimised, a press release is issued or METT-TC deems it safe for the Journalist to speak with him or her.
