What forum features and changes would you guys like to see?

Is there any way to better deal with members information, like with a signature system so that every time we have a new member the front page isn't just filled with posts from a bunch of requests and acknowledgment threads. For instance instead of threads have a page that people can "sign" after reading through maybe do a new system for team speak password requests as well, just to streamline things a bit more
 
Teamspeak is on the list. Wont be an automated system but basically quick form and it alerts the admins that someone needs to check it and send out the password. Still want that "disconnect" where we are not handing it out to anyone. Until that point we kinda need the thread to be visible.

As far as the signing threads, if those threads are in a forum section that doesn't need any of its threads to be shown in recent threads i think that will solve some of the spam in new threads.

That we can take of soon. But as far as some of the other threads like admin request etc I was scheming the other day on systematizing that on that one but to be honest its low priority for me atm.
 
this signing idea made my ideas fly, could we do it like it is on world of warcraft forums? Like every time an admin has replied, the thread will have a little "ADMIN REPLY" icon next to it?

What's gonna happen is I'm writing a plugin that will add a tab in your profile to list your likes. Then I'll make the notification link to that page. Simple but effective.

xenforo is starting to look good with quite a bit of addons being released by the community. Xenporta looks sick too. Not only you got the recent threads on the main page but you got the forum section tabs too so you can filter out the sections without even visiting the main forum page.

It will be nice to see XenPorta's module options when we get it. We can of course code our own modules as well.

I hear that the recent threads module actually has the option to block a specific thread not just forums. But yeah kinda cool to be able to have section tabs as well.
