White List Request

Thought I was already on the list, but I still get kicked for hi ping. I've done everything I can to insure PC is running as fast as possible. I get kicked for ping as high as 633 although it can be around 533. I've video recorded coming on at 78 but I'm getting axed a few minutes later. Internet is fiber optic at 10 ms Ping and dnld of 21, so it should be good to go. Thanks.
