He does say the things IIIKingViperIII has listed. But, I have heard the same language from others. Maybe not to this extent, but on some days other players have come close. That’s why players can turn off the chat.

Before Biff came to Metro, he was in Lockers with the same spiel.... even if you tried to have a normal interaction with him. He's just an angry person; I thought it was a macro at first.

Alas it is in fact a very angry man with a couple other issues I suspect.
