Unpopular opinion: 7. Because it's untouched by Ballmer's sweaty ballsack.
 
Well I picked up Windows 8.1 , a Samsung 840 pro 256 gb ssd , and a 600 gb WD velociraptor for $430 on amazon after taxes. Be here tuesday probably not gaming for a day to transfer all my stuff over.
