Anyone build their own HTPC?

Here's my suggestions for PSU. I've owned Seasonic, Antec, PC Power & Cooling, Nexus, BFG, Corsair, Enermax and Nexus. By far and away the quietest one even under load is the Nexus. Seasonic makes good PSU's which are quiet too, but not as quiet as the Nexus ones which are completely inaudible.

Nexus are the only PSU's I've had to put my face beside to feel the air moving from the fan to be sure it was on and working( <15db). Even at that close range I could not hear the fan or anything.
They have a 630W compact PSU, single rail, but it is not modular. Still, just because it's so damned quiet it's a very good option: Amazon.com: Nexus NX-6000 Rev. 3 630 Watt +82% Efficiency Compact PSU: Electronics

I had looked at them but many people had complained that while technically quieter, the fan had a high pitched whine that was more easily picked up against background sound.

Hmm, I never noticed that and I'm a quiet freak but it all goes back to what works for you. Either way, it was just a suggestion and Seasonic makes very good PSUs.
