Best BBQ I ever had was a little place called Tom's Place in Boca Raton, FL. It was a little trailer home with maybe 4 wood bench tables inside. They made the meanest ribs and soul food ever. I loved getting their ribs with collard greens.

The place got so popular there were two hour lines just to order some bbq and then they expanded. They had a wood smoke huge ass grill and that BBQ was well worth waiting in line for

Montgomery Inn Restaurant, Home of the World's Greatest Ribs, Best Cincinnati Restaurants.

I got a lesson on BBQ last month from a seasoned vet; I stopped in a place in Memphis:

I guess this place flys...yes flys ribs out ot famous people. I was told to try the dry BBQ; most of us are really familar with the sauce(Wet). Wow! If your in the area stop in fo sho.
