BF3 Screenshot help

I'm having trouble taking screenshots from BF3. Need help figuring this out. I have tried a thousand times to take screenshots (by pressing print screen) and pasting it into "Paint" nothing shows up. What shows up is a white box with gray outlines but no picture. How do I fix this issue? Anyone know?

Get fraps? thats how i do mine.

Yeah, I just downloaded it. I need it for proof and pics. I still can't figure out how to record video using fraps ??? I'm so lost..
