Does anyone use them? Do they make a difference?

Opinions?

I use a G9 and right now I just use my desktop surface. It

works fine and I've never had issues I'm always looking for

an edge though. I used to run a standard mouse pad but

found the mouse would often fall off of the pad causing

issues so I said fuck it.

I never use them. I've got a laser mouse and a wood desk so what's the point?

I use a $10 cloth mouse pad called the SuperMat. It's enormous, about 1 1/2 feet wide by 2 1/2 feet long.

I use a RocketFish. That's right, it's named the RocketFish. $10 at BestBuy, quality is fine and it's name is mother fucking RocketFish.

Haha...yeah i saw the RocketFish on the BestBuy website but now it's $20. Unfortunately I hate BestBuy with fire of a 1000 hells and will never give them a fucking dime of my money.

ive got this one aunt who always give me a best buy gift card for **cough**cough** hanukkah **cough**cough** so each year im forced to spend money at best buy lol, it pains me
I don't have it in me to pay a lot more money for something even if i do have the gift card lol
wish she would get me an amazon gift card...

back on topic, i use a standard dell mouse pad...wish i had a bigger one sometimes, and dont like using the desk, feels off

I've had lots of practice with quick movements of my hands and wrist, so I don't see a need for a mouse pad. 061

i use the rocketfish with a G9 and a deathadder. i love it. two sides; control and speed. its perfect.

as a side bar, what orientation do you guys use the mouse pad? even since i can remember i user mine portrait, where most seem to have logos printed for landscape. i use to turn the ones in college computer labs and i do it at friends houses too.

Soldier I have one of these that a buddy gave to me years ago. Never used anything else with the G5. Although I guess I don't really need a mouse pad. Wear and tear is great. Has to be at least 5 years with this pad no problems at all.
