Hey guys, fingerMeGood here (google it.. you'll get a smile out of it), or you can call me finger. But seriously....

My current monitor set up is a Dual 21 inch LG monitors and I'm thinking of upgrading in the next couple of months to dual 24 or even triple 24 inch monitors.

The main reason is to get a higher refresh rate for gaming. I'd like to get something more than 150 Mhz refresh if possible.

Any advice as to which monitors you would recommend from experience or from research you've done? I'd like to keep each monitor cost to about $600 Canadian (or $50 dollars US equivalent).

Thanks in advance.

*typo... "two" not "to" correction in the subject line... (_8^(I)

in my experience I liked multiple screens for about a week then Its old I don't like the borders in the way. I run duals one for game other for TS music stats checking and the what. I play on a 27" asus and that's my go to brand for monitors now. I think someone said something of benq and aoc also being very good. not sure if ur transfer monies is a joke or not but for a decent monitor your looking at 150 us and a good one upwards of 350 us

@BlitZ003 ... yeah the money exchange was just a joke... it's a Canadian thing... I do the same... one monitor runs the game and the other runs work related apps... what's the refresh rate on your asus....

The best you can do is 144hz. Make sure you get something with like 1ms response time if you're going to run 144hz, or you'll just be wasting your time. You'll be looking about $250- $600+ USD, for a monitor with those specs, it just depends on what kind of picture quality you want.

that sounds interesting... I'll have to check those out... what's the typical cost for one of these puppies....

Just depends on the brand, features, and resolution. You will find them starting around $200 USD. I was just asking about it because I personally, didn't notice a benefit going from 60hz to 144hz. I preferred the image quality of a 60hz IPS v a 144hz TN all day. So I figured it would be nice to increase my FOV.

The price is good... wouldn't hurt to get one of each and change it based on game play...

Well you can find a 2560x1440 @ 144hz, Just not @ 1080. I'm not dropping $800 on a monitor though. That's just crazy. Lol
