My computer shuts down completely if I have it on all day.

It sounds like you have reached the maximum life of OC'ing the componets. One thing that no one really mentions about OC'ing is that it shortens the life span of componets. Some do last longer than others, but all it takes is one to fail.
 
Now everything is slightly OC'd. It should last me till I have to upgrade.
