Hey guys, I know it has been a while you haven't eared my pretty beautiful french accent. It begins to be nice for me, new job new city and now I need a new headset because my old one is broken.
So I was wondering if you guys have some advice for a good headset at also a good price.
If you have some idea, please share with me and the community(always good).
Cheers

I use the Sennheiser PC26, no complaints. It's good quality, it's a seperate USB device and the mic is highly directional. You can only use it on the left ear, unfortunately, but it's solidly built, light and comfortable.

I use a 30$ headset from target - nothing special.

I have problems with usb headsets so I stay away from those...

Im about to spend 190$ on the new razor tiamat headset when its out - Razer Tiamat 7.1: Elite 7.1 Surround Sound Gaming Headset - Razer? | For Gamers. By Gamers.? <--- gona need a new sound card + 100$ 0_o

Stick with Sennheiser if you want a good headset that will last. Ive had mine for 2 years now and it still works perfect. Soulzz also has had one for a few years, among other members as well. I havent found anything that can beat the sound quality and durability of sennheiser.

I use the logitech g930 its simulated 7.1 surround, and wireless. for me the deciding factor was the convenience of the wireless system on this, you can either use a tower style dock set up for on a table, or if you want to use it with a laptop it can use a wireless mouse style plug. It super convenient and the sound quality is damn good. In skyrim i would spend about 50% of conversations moving my head back and worth just to hear the surround sound working and it is phenomenal.

Don't pay attention to the people who are stuck in 2005. Death is on the right track. There are better head set's that are worth the money.

Psyko Audio Labs

TRITTON Technologies Inc.

In order as I see are the best of the best. I own the Tritton AX Pro and like it but come to realize they are made cheap. They do work great and the sound is like no other. Also all of the head sets I listed are TRUE 5.1 or better. Not a one magic speaker deal.

Yeah, so that you can hear your speakers too.
Uh whats playing on his speakers thats not in his headset?

Since I record game play my setup to separate teamspeak and have it in my headset is this. Teamspeak to onboard, Everything else to dedicated. Using a musicians headphone mixer to blend the two into one headset.
