EXPreview is teasing that NVIDIA could release their Kepler-based GK104 GPU as soon as March 23. You know, as in, less than three weeks from now. Maximum-Tech "confirmed" GK104 to debut in April, but AIC (add-in card) vendors in China have said that GK104 "won't be postponed to April".

So if I'm not totally crazy, the GTX 680 cards should be released at the end of this month-at least on paper. Unless I'm reading this wrong? I've seen articles saying this card will be the about the same as a midrange gpu to a high performance replacement in the series. I guess we'll see soon enough. Anybody want to buy at GTX 580? ;)

I just wonder if Nvidia is finally going to support at least 3 monitor connections on card now. I don't really count the 590 cause it was a limited experimental card. IMO

So was the HD6990--very few produced. They were out of stock almost every time I looked at them on Newegg. Then again, an i7-3930K has been out-of-stock (except in combos).
