Soft tubing.. All EK stuff. Used their mystic fog coolant.

My last build was all EK. I found that Alpahcool is much cheaper, and the quality is just as good. How has that coolant been? I wonder if I should go with that coolant next, and switch to clear tubing...

Here is my build so far. I will be going with the EK distro plate for the O11 Dynamic. Top and bottom rads. Recycling my GTX 1080 on fans until I can get a graphics card.. I will water cool the new card.

I recommend going with two sticks of system memory. Less chance of a problem.

And it did give issues. lol

Only using 16gb. It would not go to 3600 with all 4 sticks.

You can buy 32GB DDR4 DIMMs, I did this at microcenter in Dallas on 3rd July 2021.

Wait for RTX 4000 or AMD 7000 series cards if you are still happy with your 1080. They should bring DisplayPort 2.0.

I had to cut a couple inches off of the mount above to get it to fit. I think it is going to work. Installed the vert mount and reinstalled the GTX1080. This weekend I will attempt to install the RTX3080.
