Dude..My Dad has an awesome set of tools..We can fix it. lol.. great pic six. Deployment that's an awesome description. Thought the same thing as soon as I saw it.
 
I know the answer. My daughter took the photo and noticed "uncle Randy" making a weird face and, in her words "it looks like his head is about to explode." This was immediately followed by "wait, I want to see how long he can do that." The photo was immediately followed by him passing out.

I sure as hell got it. It was right after they wrecked the Trans Am. Hilarious movie, even to this day. I bought it on dvd with Dazed and Confused.
