Havent thought to much about specifics like size of toilet and heating lol. I would like a garage eventually but i dont want it to clash with the overall feel of the house.

It's never too soon to consider your level of comfort when dropping the kids off at the pool. Also, garage is unnecessary if you plan to drive a rickshaw to work, plus it will blend in well with the overall aesthetics.
