Totally fine with this myself.

It's up to the parents to help their kids understand that obviously in real life, you die for real and that's it, and also that war is fighting for an ideology / political goals and not just for fun or whatever.

IMO if the kids understand that and what / if any other options they have, they'll make the decision they really want when the time comes.
 
dude that would be a sweet TDA lol. I think that its a good tool to use, just like any other public relations themed program, a video game center can prove to be a good tool to causally explain how the military works. The guy had a good point, most kids do play war games, and some people get curious about the stuff they see in the game. The center provides a good medium of both entertainment and education about the military, I dont see any problem with it, in fact I would love to get in that AH-64 simulator lol.


as far as the protesters, they can go fuck them selves. They have the right to do that sure, but honestly a video game is not going to convince a mature 18 Y/O to join the Army because they saw something cool on MW2. People have different rationale for joining the military.
