WELL I DROPED A DIME TODAY

hopefully, Ati pulls their head out of their ass & give some good driver support; looks pretty bad ass

Some of those Numbers seems a little skewed to me, I see a lot of Nvidia cards there were produced not on list from TomsHardware. Not trying to discredit TomsHardware, but PCmark has large amounts of testing as it averages all the scores, not a one time test. I've seen articles say they benchmark a series of cards but don't rerun the assessed test after drivers have been released.

On another note, I have been looking at the 7970 from ASUS, it supports 6 monitors on one card. No Nvidia card currently does anything close to that. Except buying 3 seperate cards for $400+. For $600, the asus card looks like the way to go.

The Tom's results are pretty standard when you look around. Here is another example: Gigabyte Radeon HD 7970 OC WindForce review . The article also shows cooling and power draw. Nvidia I am sure will have something to say about this, but when I saw the performance/cooling combo I got the Gigabyte OC card since my monitor plays nicer with ATI.
