What graphics car should I get for my new computer?

Bunch of fan boys in here haha!

On a serious note... good luck finding something that works and I hope you don't experience troubles. Nothing like having to go through 5 RMA's, heat issues, artifacting. That's why I won't ever own another Nvidia card. But I do know that for 99% of the gaming population never has trouble with them. Stay away from MSI, go with EVGA... at least they back their shit up ... and you won't have a nightmare dealing with customer support.

Oh and to adjust my statement on that... If you decide looking at other makers other than EVGA, Gigabyte also manufacturer some fantastic products. The coolers are phenomenal if you aren't planning on putting it under water. I run r9 290x's in crossfire and those cards are notorious for running hot. Not Gigabyte. I've seen my gpu temps hit 55 tops. and that was because I left the cards on quiet mode while gaming ( leaves the fans at 20% no matter what).

Just do your research, read reviews, talk to people. This is an investment. IF you're going to spend the money, go for quality, not budget... Budget will bite you in the ass. From my experience, Gigabyte has always been fantastic. From most of our community who runs Nvidia, They swear by EVGA.

if ur not dead set on NVidia then possibly radeon. I really have no idea. ive always went amd radeon I currently run a 7970 but if had the cash would get the r9 290x so my point is invailid just thought id throw it in the mix. the r9 280 wouldn't be a nad card either but they are raedeon
