This is how one guy solved it (Do you have 2 firewalls running when you play the game?):

All it was (for me anyhow as others are experiencing major problems) was that I had both Windows and Bullguard Firewall on together. Newbie error on my part (on the older PCs it actually informed you). Anyhow, I turned off Bullguard and it works. Obvious compatibility issues having two firewalls on.

I like to be a team player, beware of rage bait and bullies on your team, they're like cockroaches.

I take pleasure in any attempts to rage bait me in to getting me banned, go ahead and try me. Hahahahha XD

Did you try uninstalling the EA App and then reinstalling it?

I became a regular contributor which was suppose to give me a slot? I've never had a problem with that until recently. Now I'm a paying customer and getting a message "Could not join this server: it's full." when I try and join the servers.

Tried to get on but I keep getting error box saying "Server is now running content that you do not have, look in the store for additional available content or make sure all your available content is installed." I've been running Premium and I have everything that goes along with it. The only thing in the store I don't have is BF5 which I've never played and am not interested in.
