the pitch makes it a different angle in the middle; it actually increases the height of the mouse around your palm area.

After playing some rounds today; wow! extremely smooth playing around 2000 dpi. Mouse tracks very well.
 
Forgot to add they threw in some extra teflon slide plates
 
I cried when I had to spend $45 on a Deathadder. At triple that, I guess it's a different level of commitment here...

It's an overkill if you ask me.

I loved my Deathadder! I still have it, though I'm currently using a Naga Epic, bought it when I still WoW'd. Still love it!
