new rig, need opinions

I bent a one pin one time had to use a mechanical pencil to straighten it out. The cpu is the only part of the build I hate. I don't like dealing with all the PSU wires either but that is just a pain in the ass not very stressful.
I actually enjoy hooking up the PSU wires; then again that's because I like organizing them while I connect them. That way I don't have a mess when I'm done and it keeps things nice and tidy. Don't ask me why, but a cluttered case drives me bonkers.

Edit: Here's a pic of the last time I rebuilt my PC about 6 months ago.

I just hate dealing with the excess of wires from my PSU. Makes the back side of my case a bitch to close with that giant knot, its even a modular PSU.

Yeah, gotta have a pretty big case for it to not be awful, even with modular.

Six, thats a good looking case. Far better than my cable management job - which I thought was pretty damn good.

Naz if some things worry you(like seating the CPU) there are a couple of places that will put the CPU and memory together for you; the rest is just plugging things in, and we can help. If you do it once, you'll never go back. That said, just do what is comfortable.

And what sixer put together is a really nice rig. Also, my daughter helps me put computers together, and she just turned twelve. And sixer, well never let sixer try to fix anything, but he does build a mean system.

This is what I got

the backside

It used to be a little bit tighter on the wiring but I have taken the card out a few times to really clean the fan.

get a magazine/book and have the interwebs available should you have a question about a part/build. I know it may seem intimidating, building a new rig...YOUR rig for the first time. But in actuality, there arent that many components to hook up. And like I believe Six said earlier, most everything only goes in one way. The most nerve racking part of the build(for me) was the thermal compound application. But, I did some research, put it on and bolted the waterblock on and NO problems=D! I think the hardest part about building your own rig would have to be wire management! Look into overcoming that uncomfortability, you WONT be disappointed=D!
